  • Cabbage, finely shredded-4 cups
  • Carrot finely grated-1cup
  • Skim yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise-4 tblsp
  • Fresh cream-4 tblsp
  • Sugar-1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl,mash a little with hands to enhance the flavor all over.

  • Lemon-1 kg
  • Black salt-3 tsp
  • Salt-150 gm
  • Ground black pepper-1 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves-2 tsp(optional)

  • Ripe Bananas-3
  • Yogurt-2 cup
  • Mustard or cinnamon Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar-1 tsp
  • Green Chillies -2
  • Salt -As required


Cut the bananas into small pieces.Slit the green chillies.

  6. Before serving pour the dressing over the fruits,and mix a little.
