style="text-align: justify;">Wash and soak the De-husked urad dal for about an hour. Grind the soaked urad dal with very little amount of water, 1 tsp is more than enough.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">When the dal is grinded to a little coarse texture its done. Now add all the ingredients listed above to the batter. Mix well.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">Heat enough amount of oil in a kadai let it come to full boiling point. Now take a plastic sheet, coat slightly with oil so that the batter doesn&#8217;t stick to your hands.</p><p

style="font-weight: bold;">Filling</span></strong></span></h4><ol><li>Boil potatoes and cut them into small pieces.</li><li>Crackle cumin seeds in hot oil.</li><li>Add chopped chillies, coriander powder and stir nicely.</li><li>Add green peas and cook till they get tender.</li><li>Add the potato pieces and mash it well .Cook for 5 minutes.</li><li>Add garam masala , amchur(mango) powder and salt.</li><li>Mix well and add  seasoning according to taste.</li></ol><h3><span

style="font-weight: bold;">Making Spring rolls:</span></strong></span></h3><ol><li>Before filling the rolls prepare a paste by mixing 1tbsp all &#8211; purpose flour and 2 tbsp water and keep it aside.</li><li>Knead the dough and divide them into  balls. Roll each ball into thin slices and cut it to form a rectangle.Similarly make with all the dough balls.</li><li>Now fill it with potato mixture and covering the both ends roll it tightly and seal with the flour mixture prepared earlier.you can also make slithers of any vegetables like cabbage, carrot,and stir fry with spices and use as filling, and also bits of chicken fried with any spices of your choice,make it sure it is dry to fill in the dough.</li><li>Repeat the same step with other spring roll sheets.</li><li>Heat oil in a pan to medium heat and when the oil is hot enough, place the rolls  in the hot oil.</li><li>Fry the spring rolls till they are golden brown in color and they are ready to serve with any sauce or chutney.</li></ol> <br

style="color: #ff0066;"><strong>PREPARATION:</strong></span></h3><ol><li>Wash and cut chicken into medium size pieces.Add half of the ginger garlic paste,followed by <strong><span
style="color: #808000;">chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder, green chilly,salt</span></strong> and marinate for 30 min.</li><li>Roast and grind the masala seasoning items to a smooth powder.</li><li>Heat a pan add oil.Then saute onions till pink, add the rest of the ginger garlic paste,and fry a little.Then add finely chopped tomatoes and the mint leaves and half of the coriander leaves.Saute for few minutes,add salt,turmeric and simmer for 5 min.</li><li>Now add the marinated chicken pieces.Cook on high for 5 min,with continuous stirring.</li><li>Add the ground seasoning powder to the chicken and add 1/2 cup of water and simmer till chicken is tender.Pour 2 tsp of oil over the tender chicken and stir fry until each pieces looks separate.And also the oil starts separating. <a
