- Plain flour(maida)-1/4 kg
- Salt -a pinch
- Grated coconut-2 tbls
- Sugar-150 gm
- Refined oil
- Cardamom powder-2 pinch
Take a bowl,and mix the egg contents with flour and salt.Add enough water till the batter is of pouring consistency.
Mix the grated coconut,sugar and cardamom powder in a separate vessel and keep aside.
Heat the pan,smear oil all over.
Pour a large spoon full of batter to the pan,and spread to a round shape(very thin layer).Close the pan with a lid and cook.When its done,put a spoon full of the coconut mixture in the center and spread.
Now roll this tightly and pin with a toothpick.Serve hot or cold.The cardamom coconut flavor will be simply delicious,in this American pancake.
