BANANA SALAD

INGREDIENTS: banana raita

  • Ripe Bananas-3
  • Yogurt-2 cup
  • Mustard or cinnamon Powder-1/2 tsp(optional)
  • Sugar-1 tsp
  • Green Chillies -2
  • Salt -As required

PREPARATION:

Cut the bananas into small pieces.Slit the green chillies.

Beat the yogurt in a blender.Mix the yogurt with all the remaining ingredients thoroughly.

Serve in a glass bowl.This salad is rich in vitamin,and a good diet recipe.It is a good fill up for a morning breakfast.
