Mango Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mango – 1
  • Cucumber – 1
  • Coconut scrapped -3tblsp
  • Red chilly – 2
  • Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Butter milk – 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt for taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin of the mango cut into big slices. Peel the skin of cucumber cut into small bits. Fry red chillies in a little oil grind it with coconut into a smooth paste.
  2. Pour enough water in a vessel add mango, after it is cooked grind to a smooth paste,and pour in the same vessel .Now boil this mango stalk with cucumber bits, while boiling add the coconut paste boil again before removing from fire add the butter milk and salt.
  3. Add the seasonings (Mustard,fenugreek seeds,Curry leaves fried in a little oil) at last.You can also decorate with fresh cream on top.
