- Milk-800 ml
- Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp
- Gelatine-2 tsp
- Hung curd-2tsp
- Boil the milk in a pan.
- Mix cocoa powder,vanilla, sugar separately with little milk.Mix it well until it gets to a smooth paste without any lumps.
- Pour this mixture to the milk and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat,sprinkle the gelatin and whisk well.
- Change it to a serving bowl and refrigerate to set.
- Before serving drizzle it with some hung curd on top.
The curd compliments beautifully to the chocolate dessert.You can also decorate more with almond chips.
