CHOCOLATE JELLY DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk-800 ml                   CHOCO CUSTARD
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp
  • Gelatine-2 tsp
  • Hung curd-2tsp

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the milk in a pan.
  2. Mix cocoa powder,vanilla, sugar separately with little milk.Mix it well until it gets to a smooth paste without any lumps.
  3. Pour this mixture to the milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat,sprinkle the gelatin and whisk well.
  5. Change it to a serving bowl and refrigerate to set.
  6. Before serving drizzle it with some hung curd on top.

The curd compliments beautifully to the chocolate dessert.You can also decorate more with almond chips.
