INGREDIENTS:
- Beetroot-2 med sized

- Carrot-1
- Capsicum-1
- Onion small -1
- Pepper powder-1/4 tbls
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Scrape the skin from the beetroot,carrot and grate nicely.
Cut capsicum and onion into small pieces.
Boil all these vegetables in 4 cups of water,till it becomes soft.
To this add salt and pepper.If you want as in drinking consistency you can grind this,or else leave as such.You can also season with a stock cube for extra flavor.
Serve hot with grated paneer or cheese on top.This is the best healthy soup,with full richness of vitamins and iron.
