This homemade authentic Indian pickle serves as a good accompaniment for any simple dishes.
- Lemon-1 kg
- Black salt-3 tsp
- Salt-150 gm
- Ground black pepper-1 1/2 tsp
- Cloves-2 tsp(optional)
- Grind all ingredients,except the lemons.
- Slit the lemons to four pieces,but don’t cut fully,stuff the powders.
- Keep in air tight bottle,pour juice of 6 lemons and shake well.Keep the bottle in sunlight for a month,shaking regularly.
